Neighbor RelayBY PASS THE SALT

SUPPORT

Helpful answers for an offline guide.

Does Neighbor Relay need an account?

No. It has no account, sign-in, profile, chat, or registration.

Why do saved cards disappear after reinstalling?

Saved and reviewed markers are intentionally local to the app and excluded from its backup and device-transfer rules. Clearing storage or uninstalling removes them.

Can I use this to find a volunteer role or donate?

No. The app does not list active opportunities, accept donations, process payments, show maps, or confirm programs. See the sources and boundaries page for the evidence limit behind this release.

Can I share a card?

The current version has no sharing or export tool. This avoids sending app data or opening external services from the guide.

Privacy correspondence

For privacy correspondence, write to PASS THE SALT, 666 North Fairfield Road, Kaysville, UT 84037-1251. Neighbor Relay does not provide an in-app email or data-submission channel.

Is it emergency help?

No. For urgent concerns, contact appropriate verified local emergency services or qualified resources directly.
