Neighbor RelayBY PASS THE SALT

ABOUT THE APP

A learning guide with a narrow promise.

Neighbor Relay is designed for adults preparing to take part responsibly in local volunteering and community-service coordination. It is a self-guided, offline collection of short cards—not an organizing platform or a connection to a live service.

What it is for

Its six chapters help an adult think through listening, consent, boundaries, readiness, clear scope, privacy, factual updates, and reflective handoffs. The design makes it easy to move from a chapter quilt to a lateral sequence of small prompts, then keep a few reminders locally on the device.

What it does not claim

Neighbor Relay does not confirm an active PASS THE SALT program, event, partnership, schedule, service location, eligibility rule, beneficiary story, outcome, or funding opportunity. It does not provide donations, registration, chat, case management, map directions, crisis help, or professional advice.

The app is designed for adults. Local supervision, safeguarding, consent, venue rules, and appropriate professional processes remain outside the app.
