For urgent situations

Do not use the app to request or wait for emergency help. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified local resource directly when an urgent response is needed.

For community settings

Follow the venue's established supervision, consent, reporting, privacy, and safeguarding procedures. Do not use the app to coordinate private adult-minor messaging, precise location sharing, public beneficiary stories, photos without permission, or unverified public claims.

Clear scope is safer scope

A small task can be paused or escalated. The guide does not authorize users, verify qualifications, or replace a recognized organization’s procedures.
